How we handle your data

Enterprise software touches sensitive information. These are the commitments we build every product around. They describe how we work, not certifications we hold.

Your data stays in the Kingdom.

We design for hosting inside Saudi Arabia, including documents, conversations and logs. Where a client needs AI processing to stay in the Kingdom too, we agree that setup before any data is shared.

We never train AI on your data.

Your documents and conversations aren’t used to train models. Our products improve through better content, rules and tests.

People make the decisions.

Our products suggest, draft and check. Fees, approvals, payments and anything sent to a client stay with a named person.

Every answer shows its source.

When a product answers a question or flags a problem, it shows the document it relied on. If there’s no source, it says so.

Access follows your permissions.

Products only see what they’re given access to, and respect the permissions you already have. Pilots start read-only wherever possible.

Everything is recorded.

Questions, sources, decisions and changes are logged, so your team can check how any result was reached.

Built around Saudi rules.

We design with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law in mind, and work with each client’s compliance team on their own requirements.

Questions about data or security?

Ask us before you share anything. We’ll walk your team through how a pilot would handle your data.
