Make
a way.

Rasmor is building enterprise software that turns complex work into useful, everyday capability.

A segment that blocks a gap turns and becomes the bridge across it.
  1. Obstacle
  2. Reconsider
  3. Make a way

Every organisation has work that won’t move. Too many steps, too many systems, too few people who know how it all fits.

So we look at the problem from another angle before we choose a tool.

The piece that stood in the way becomes the way across.

We’re building software for complex work, using whatever technology fits the problem best.

Automate the work that’s hard to automate

Processes with exceptions, approvals and judgement calls in them. Not only the repetitive steps.

Help people make better calls

Put the right information in front of the person deciding, at the moment they decide.

Turn new technology into tools people use every day

AI included. We use it where it earns its place and leave it out where it doesn’t.

How we work

Four habits we hold ourselves to, on every project.

Start with the work.

We spend time inside the problem before we write code. The process people actually follow is rarely the one in the manual.

Pick the tool after.

AI is one of our tools, not our identity. Sometimes the right answer is a rules engine, a better form or a clean integration between two systems.

Be precise.

Enterprise software touches money, people and compliance. We design for audit trails, permissions and failure cases from day one.

Say what’s real.

We keep what we’ve delivered separate from what we intend. You’ll hear the limits along with the plan.

One company, several products.

Rasmor is set up as a parent company. Each product we build will carry its own name, with Rasmor standing behind it.

Where we’re starting

  1. Saudi ArabiaFirst
  2. The GCCNext
  3. UK and USAhead

Saudi Arabia is our first market. The wider Gulf follows, and we have ambitions in the UK and US.

Where we are now

Early. Our first product is being shaped with the people who will use it. If you run complex operations and want a hand in what it becomes, we’d like to hear from you.
